Our Story
New Haven's Pizza Shoppe wasn't born from a franchise manual — it was born from a belief that pizza should taste like something made by a person who cares. Every morning, our dough is mixed, rested, and hand-tossed. Every sauce is seasoned to balance. Every pie gets the full fire.
